We are a 100% grassroots movement of unpaid volunteers independent from large donors, foundations, or the nonprofit industrial complex as a primary engine of change. We do not seek 501(c)3 status; instead, we disperse funds across local chapters and partner with fiscal sponsors when necessary so that resources flow directly to organizing rather than bureaucracy. This structure allows us to remain accountable to our members and communities—not to gatekeepers or entrenched power.
